Editorial Guidelines

These Editorial Guidelines explain how content published by AI Phone Answering Service is created, reviewed and maintained. Our goal is to publish clear, accurate and genuinely useful information for New Zealand business owners deciding how to handle their phones.

What We Publish

We publish practical guidance on phone answering, AI receptionists, call handling and related operational topics. Content is written for business owners, not for search engines.

Accuracy and Sourcing

  • Claims of fact are checked before publication
  • Statistics are attributed to a named source with a date
  • We do not present old research as current findings
  • Where a figure is an illustration rather than measured data, we say so
  • Where we do not have reliable data, we say that instead of estimating

Use of AI in Our Content

We use AI tools in drafting and research. Every published piece is reviewed by a person before it goes live, and that person is responsible for its accuracy. AI is not used to generate claims of fact that are then published unchecked.

Testimonials and Case Studies

Testimonials are published only with the customer’s permission and reflect their actual experience. We do not invent testimonials, reviews or ratings, and we do not publish composite or illustrative customer quotes as though they were real.

Commercial Content

We are a commercial business and our content promotes our service. Where we compare our service with alternatives, including human answering services, we aim to describe the genuine trade offs rather than only the favourable ones.

Corrections

If we publish something inaccurate we correct it. Material corrections are noted on the page. If you find an error, tell us at info@aiphoneansweringservice.co.nz and we will review it.

Review Cycle

Service and pricing content is reviewed quarterly. Other content is reviewed at least annually, and updated sooner if something material changes.
